How to use

Dosage: For nasal congestion due to colds, rhinosinusitis, or allergic rhinitis: Spray for 1-3 seconds in each nostril, 2-3 times a day. Up to 6 times a day. Instructions for use: Before use: Check that the spray is working properly. Place your head over the sink or in the shower and tilt it to one side. 1. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the dispenser firmly for 1 to 3 seconds. 2. Let the solution act for a few seconds. 3. Repeat with the other nostril. 4. For adults and children: blow your nose. Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry it properly. If nasal symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
